Laia Beauty Return Policy

At Laia Beauty, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we are here to assist you.

Return Policy

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within three (3) days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Please retain your original order confirmation or receipt for verification.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@laiaglobal.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to us at the provided address, with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.
  5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.
